UPDATE: This is Kinda Exciting...

Whoa, I had no idea there were so many guys out there looking to connect! I joined a couple of social networking sites and tbh am getting more than a little overwhelmed by all the PMs and friend requests and all of it is hard to keep track of.

I'm going to add more photos under lockdown to my new dating profile here - so far I'm finding it's a great place to chat and, I'll only chat and cam there :) I'm pretty picky and this way, I can filter out teenagers and fakes and find out who's the real deal. Ok so I took the plunge and signed up to this dating site that my sister had used. I just found out, one of my girlfriends also uses it and she has a LOT of fun with it, she chats online a lot with guys there as well as meets people around here for dates. It's free so what the heck. My user name is samolsen23 and hopefully I'll get to know some good guys on there.

why start a blog?

I donno, it just looks kinda fun and I've never had a blog online before. That said, I'm not sure exactly what to write about now.

Weather has been crazy here in Seattle, sometimes I think I'd rather be anywhere but here. Heavy rainfalls, and it's practically summer. Man I just wanna lie out in my bikini.

So, what else? I want to meet some guys for dating. Since the breakup a couple months back, I've just been keeping busy, but now that I've been wanting to meet new people, it's weird but it's harder than I thought. Some people say it's because of the grey dreariness of the pacific northwest, people aren't very friendly here. But ya know, I don't just wanna meet people on the street or in the bars really anyway.

So I'm thinking about trying online dating! I've actually never tried it before and I'm really curious. Seems an easy way to meet a lot of people quickly. My sister actually married someone from an online dating place and had a kid (and soon divorced. :( )

Anyhow, that's what's on my mind. I'll post back if i do take the plunge.
